Another tough week at uni and this is still nothing compared whats coming on! I just hope I dont fall off the wagon I'm not the healthiest that I have been but I'm trying to be, when I get stressed I tend to indulge a lot in chocolates ,
I did workout this week (4x times, 2days of hiit, 1 of cardio, 1 of strength training).
I understand, I am in college at the moment too. Sometimes I am so tired I just want to sleep instead of go to gym. When I get stressed I will just continue for a few days until I realize I need to get back on track.
My advice is eat what you want, but realize at the end of the day you have a commitment to yourself to eat an apple instead of a chocolate bar everyday. So eat the chocolate but also eat the apple.2 -

hello everyone! Last week I couldn't weight myself, but tbh I don't it would have made a huge difference. I'm still working out 3-4x a week and eating healthy with bad foods in moderation.

I know how it sucks to not seeing the number down, you'll see the numbers down on the tape if you also take measurements. Maybe you've reached pleateau, try changing your routine during this weeks (like doing more HIIT, or lowering few calories, carb cycling, etc)1 -
