Deeder I'm in Grand Blanc a little south of Flint, where it is snowing right now!!! However, it is nice to know that MI will have a white Christmas, even if I will be not be here to enjoy it! You guys have been buried out there though! Let's hope Lake Mi freezes over soon or we will all be buried! :laugh: As long as I do not have to drive to Mott, I am happy to see tons of snow! It looks so beautiful with all the Christmas lights in my neighborhood. Stay warm out there!0

New to the group, but not to the Leslie Sansone program. I have some physical challenges and love how easily adaptable her walking program is.
I do like walking outside but when the weather is crap (which right now is pretty much always! ;->) I really enjoy moving with these videos.
Very happy to have found an accountability group based on this.

Told you I felt a Super Challenge coming on!!! I may even do it again tomorrow! It feels good to get back into working out after this crazy semester.
For me, AnnofB, I live for the cold as it kills all the BUGS!!!! I really cannot stand them! :noway: I asked my civil engineer husband about your idea and he burst out laughing ... hysterically I might add. He wants to know how much you would like your taxes increased to pay for that considering there is roughly 47,000 miles of Interstate Highways alone???? I got the impression from his amusement that this would be a very costly solution to a snow storm, although he did admit that it might be a reasonable solution to driveway snow since the scale and cost would be much lower. Men are so annoying!

I knew yesterday was bad, but I was setting up for today! Everything turned in has been graded and I have 3 out of 5 courses all set up for Winter semester! :drinker: I have got to get ahead and get rid of this stress!!! Today-cleaning my house form top to bottom so I can got to Netherlands totally stress free and enjoy my granddaughter ... and I suppose my son too! :laugh:
AnnofB I also like the 4 mile Super Challenge. When I have not been working out regularly, that one I can always do and an hour means I feel GREAT afterward. I also love seeing Linda, Mary Kay, and Jo! I do miss them in the new videos.

Welcome shelaghcol! Leslie is the bomb. I found her workouts way back in the day in the 80's! (Can't believe it's been that long.) Walk Aerobics was the video. She had hair down to her waist back then! No dread factor with Leslie. I guess that and how upbeat she is keep me coming back for more.

I was wondering yesterday while doing the 4 MSC what Mary Kay, Lynn, Donna, Joanne, Wendy, well heck, ALL of them might be doing now. I wonder if they are leaders at Leslie's gym or something. I like to think they are. I enjoy her new workouts with new faces too, but I've "Been working out with those walkers from the early days for a long time. They are "friends."
