I should have moved more and watched less football. But, the two miles I added are more than I walked many days in the last couple of months so I'm improving, right?

@janet Thank You! I've been a pretty crappy group member the last few months and I wondered if I should just drop out and let everyone move on without me. I am sure I am not alone in this group as a person who tracks EVERYTHING! I was looking at my totals for the year (1,288.34 miles) and thinking that wasn't bad until I saw that 2 years ago I had 2,288.55 miles! How did I let things slip so badly so quickly? And I no longer need to wonder why I am gaining weight back, I guess! So I have made a goal of 2017 miles in 2017. I have 2 Half Marathons planned for the year so that will help increase the miles a bit, but other than that, I need to just do a little more. I thought working out 5 days a week was enough, but I have to stop that voice in my head that says "you did enough today, you can skip the bike or weight training or elliptical." You heard it here first folks, Lisa is getting back on track. And now you can stop laughing! :-)

@taxmom9093 - we have no 'crappy group members' here. There may be those who have to deal with what life is currently throwing at them ..... who, when they have time are fabulous group members (even if there is an ebb and flow to that)
