I too promise to myself and my family to track my meals even if I venture off track, knowing we are going on holiday next week will make it hard but it'll make me more determined to make healthy food choices!2

I promise to track my meals, even on the bad days. I'm using the MEGA group C25K group to make sure I run 3 times a week.1

I'm going to start with 1 week of full logging as I normally log one meal and forget the rest of the day. How do you make it so ppl can view your log and view others?1

I think you need to add them as a friend faith. Then you can see each others logs.0
