I have fallen off the wagon and can't seem to find my way back. What are some of the things you ladies do to get yourself back on track??

I just take it one meal at a time.1

One meal at a time, but PLAN your meals!! I found that the best way to get back on track! Make a one week meal plan, including grocery list every week( or check out https://www.thelaundrymoms.com-if you sign up you get a free weekly meal plan and shopping list)

I take it one meal at a time too and if it happens I always tell myself , "your just 3 hours away till your next healthy slimming meal" I believe Pearl said that in the book and it stuck3
