    Wow, everyone is doing so well. Over halfway through January, just passed Blue Monday and we're still motivated. Woo hoo.

    I forgot to log yesterday I did the 30 minute walk and today I did the 20 minutes followed by 12 min on bike and some weights. I am trying, I have a plan.

    41 minutes of the Belly Blasting walk + ab workout 1 on that dvd. Also 28 minutes of Strength and Stamina by Kelly Coffee-Meyer.

    I did about 15 mins of my LS walking video then went onto weights, then to dinner, lol I was getting hungry and couldn't concentrate on working out, I just wanted to finish.

    I did about 15 mins of my LS walking video then went onto weights, then to dinner, lol I was getting hungry and couldn't concentrate on working out, I just wanted to finish.

    Some days are like that, lol.

    Yesterday I did a 20 minute walk with LS followed by some weights/bands excerise, some squats if you call it that, OMG, a few lunges very modified or I would need to call someone to pick me up.

    I had to take yesterday off from fitness walking and may only do 2 miles today as I seem to have developed a hip issue of some kind after my walk on Wednesday. I used to have it from time to time when I was super over weight, but after my weight loss, it went away. I am hoping it is just being overzealous in my walking as I am trying to get the holiday pounds off and may be trying a bit too hard??? MEH-as Gilda Radner said "It's always something!" :grumble:

    See, we told you-one rest day and off you go again!!! In fact, although we are "only walking," we do still need rest days because we are not "just walking," but fitness walking. So there you go-a built in reason to have a lazy day! YEA! :drinker:

    Oh boy it's been a while since I did the LS dance DVD HIIT, I feel whopped. Followed by some weights. Nice way to start the week. :)

    No Kidding! I am not doing well with my balance Word! Slipped on the ice yesterday when I was getting out of the truck, landed on my elbow and probably jarred my hips again. My back is killing Me!

    But today my little granddaughter and I will do something outside. She loves it outside.

    Lots of outdoor fun, tobogganing with my granddaughter. She loves the outdoors and she is only 3 1/2 years old. She even towed her own toboggan back up the hill.

    Didn't work out yesterday, but I did today, yay....
    I did 2 out of three miles HIIT and some weights.
