My youngest son is competing at a swim meet this weekend. That puts me at a rec center for some 8 hours today. Well... I did poorly on Wednesday so I thought I would try to make up for it, today.
105 Minutes treadmill... (4 MPH at 4 degrees) Not as good as last Amazing Race but respectable.
45 Minutes swim. 20 minutes doing 100's Free at 1minute 35. 20 minutes doing 50's on 1-minute intervals at 39 seconds.
The puppies are 2 weeks old now. Here is a pic from about 1 minute ago.

Made a mistake today.
Was back at the swim meet... so rather than sit I went at it again. 2.5 hours treadmill and another 45 minutes swimming. Absolutely bagged.
And then I remembered I haven't don't the videos yet.
Ugghhh....
I'll do them after a nap. Are they hard?

Just finished the videos.
Never ever ever wait until the last day! Brutal. Perhaps it was because I saw and my arms are tired but it seemed like the first 3 were all arms! Man.... killer.
Liked the last one the best. More stretching and exercise and a little less like dancing. DONE DONE DONE!!!!!

I plan on doing next weeks challenges early because we are leaving Friday morning to go see our daughter in Tennessee before she moves to Texas. We need to have more grand baby time and time to see her and her husband. I will be able to keep up with exercise by walking and putting in my points. Will be gone for 5 days. Everyone is doing awesome, proud of you all.
Well I am off to see one of those handsome masseuse now. Night all, I will try not to hog him to myself3 -

@hawkins410-I don't see a q&a thread and I've got a q! For the calorie challenge-I typically go by the whole week vs daily. If I'm reading it correctly, I have to go by each day for this one right? I will have to be super diligent in that case because I've got a dinner party Thursday night at a great restaurant (truly calories be damned!) and then super bowl. The outdoor miles will be easy between golf and Bailey but those darn videos.... gotta go figure out where to fit them in my workout week. The destination looks amazing though!2

We won the leg!!! I don't think it is posted officially!!! But we eeked out by 5 points!!! Fantastic team effort!!!
@cardbucfan and new members. The food challenge is for 5 days you stay at or below calories. It doesn't matter what days. So Angie if you are over on Thursday and Sunday but at or below the other days that is OK. You can claim the challenge points. And we only won by five!!! Every challenge make a difference !!! Of course you can eat back your exercise calories to stay under if you need to..
You do not have to sync to MFP if you use another tracking diary. But it is recommended.6 -
And on to week two of completing 100% of our weekly challenges!!!
So we have a REAL challenge for a whole bunch of our team mates. MI. WI. MA. NY and Canada!! We are under a snow advisory. Had to shovel a path to the driveway and gun it out of the driveway this morning!! And with it dark so long it is tough. So plan plan plan!!! Try and get some outdoor miles in during the week so if Saturday is awful you aren't looking at a full three mile Siberian trudge!!! We can all do this!!!.
