    Woohoo another 1.5 pounds for me this week and out of the 170s! How's everyone else doing on your January goals? I'm hoping I can keep the momentum going in February!

    1/2/17: 184 if you subtract that new years water weight...more like 182.
    1/10/17:179.6 *** S Seeing if its for real or not?! I have been very good this week!
    1/26/17 176.8 ... So i am inching closer to my lowest weight since having a baby..which i hit once before..but didnt keep!
    1/31/17 176.2 !!!!!!! Woo WOO
    Goal: 2/1/17: 180

    Ready for February. Goal of 173. My pregnancy weight ...from 4 years ago...!

    Nice job everyone!! I'll weigh in tomorrow one last time and see if I cant break that 197 threshold!

    Just wanted to do one last check in for January. My goal was for February 3rd but I will not be weighing again until Sunday but I think it's safe to say that I met my goal!

    Weigh Ins:

    Jan 3rd: 205.8
    Jan 8th: 199.6
    Jan 15th: 203.8
    Jan 23rd: 200.6
    Jan 29th: 200.4
    Feb 1st: 200.8

    Goal: MET!

    February 3rd: 202.8

    Good job you guys!!! Way to crush those goals!

    I failed. I had gotten down to my goal but then really blew it on Sunday and Monday.

    SW (1/10): 136.6
    GW: 133.6
    CW: 134.2

    That's okay, though. I still lost 5 lbs in January (starting from right after the holidays), so I can't complain. Let's keep up the work in Feb!
