I've tracked a little over 34 miles so far this month. Yesterday I switched things up and did Marching with Moves with Jenny Ford on YouTube.3

Yesterday was awful as I was sick all day with some kind of stomach bug or a reaction to something I ate. Whatever it was, it was gone today thank goodness. I have too much to do to be sick! :laugh:

I've been walking and doing strength training, just been a bit busy and not posting.
Found a Jessica Smith DVD that is really good. It just amazes me how she can come up with all sorts of arm movements that make the workout more interesting.

I like Jessica's video's on YouTube as well. Especially if I'm looking for a quick get up and go workout.1 -
Walk On Fast Fat Blast-1 15 walk with Jessica Smith and I burned 84 calories.
Also did Stretch Max, a 20 minute stretch on the fitness ball. Not much of a burn but sure felt good.2 -

2/18 Pilates, 24 minutes, 26 minutes body resistance strength including light weights and tubing. 2 wide arm 30 second planks.

4 miles golfing this afternoon. Who would have guessed I would be golfing in February. Oh my goodness I have Spring fever. The legs are sore but a good sore. I am doing more stretching before and after and that seems to help. Now on to bonus miles. I want to get back to 100 miles a month. I have put on 7 pounds and I am hoping with golfing that they fall off quickly. LOL3 -

I hear ya Pinky! I am amazed at how fast the pounds come back when I slack off on my walking! Losing the weight was not nearly as hard as keeping it off!!! :sad:Late start, but my goal for the rest of the month is 30 miles!
