    I'm 155 and would like to get to 140. 5'7. I've just been calorie counting, eating real ingredients and cut out booze for at least Feb. I started at 164. How often do you all workout?

    I'm 5'4'' and 155 pounds, lightly active. My goal is 130 pounds. I eat 1500 a day and workout 3-5 times per week for 20-40 minutes

    I've had a cold for almost a week so I haven't done much except a quick yoga flow and three miles of walking as I get past the worst of the cold. Usually, I do weighted workouts (db, kb, bb) two or three times a week; half an hour of high heart rate exercising twice a week. Been thinking recently that I need to do regular workouts six times a week because it's too easy for me to slack off. I'm not sure what form that will take, though.

    I'm in. I'm 5'5" 140 and I want to get down to 125. I am doing WW and am 63 and fairly active with hiking and hope to lose a pound a week. 125 will be the lowest I have been in probably forever, so I'll see how it goes. I plan to set my WW goal higher so I can hit Lifetime and not pay for the meetings.

    We're twins! I'm 5'6" 156 and looking to lose 15. Just went from a goal of a 1 lb/week to 0.5 because wine....and beer.

    Agree! I'm 156 and my "normal" weight is about 135. I'd like to just break that 140 mark! count me in.

    I am at the same weight with same goal. :)

    My goal weight is also 115. My plan is to fluctuate my calories (1300-1700) keeping my macros at 40-30-30, and doing the 21 Day Fix to start, as well as incorporating in more walking etc. I should be able to get to the low 120s fairly easily but under that takes a lot of effort!

    Hi Ladies, A little late in the game seeing that the original post is from January, but I'd like in if possible. I'm 5'5" and 153 lbs. My goal weight is 130 lbs, by July 1st.

    I'm down! About 5'7.5" and 138lbs , looking for roughly 10-15lbs to drop.
