    Weather is calling for light snow today thru Sun. I know for sure we will have it Saturday it's my day to work at the branch. Lol It always snows when I work there.

    I have taken advantage of some nice weather decided to walk outside I want to push myself to do that on nice days.
    In addition to doing right as I get home after work.

    2/2 4 Mile Super Challenge
    2/3 Strength and stamina 20 minutes, hasfit.com workout 21 minutes
    2/4 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk
    2/5 Walking for Weight Loss with Debbie Walker 30 minutes
    2/6 31minutes Jessica Smith Cardio Core workout.
    2/7 2/7 Strength day:
    bicep curls 4x8 25 lbs
    overhead press 4x8 25 lbs
    dead lifts 3x8 25 lbs
    tricep overhead extensions 4x8 8 lbs
    front/side raises 2x12 5 lbs
    squats 3 x 16
    plie squats 3 x 16
    And 30 minutes of Walk Off Fat Fast.
    2/8 30 minutes aerobics and a really ginormous amount of furniture moving.
    2/9 Miles 1 and 4 of the 5 Day Slim Down.
    2/9 Miles 1 and 4 of the 5 Day Slim Down.
    2/10 Mile 4 of 5 Boosted Miles. WOW. A 12 minute mile. Fastest mile (for me) of Leslies. Loved it.
    Also did some strength training today.
    2/11 Jessica Smith 5 Mix & Match Miles (Mile 3) Very fun walk... called Brain Functioning. Fun workout.2/17 walking 2.5 mph 45 minutes
    2/18 Pilates, 24 minutes, 26 minutes body resistance strength including light weights and tubing. 2 wide arm 30 second planks.
    2/19 2 knee to nose extension planks. 30 minutes walking.
    2/20 Miles 1,2, and 3 of the 4 mile super challenge.
    2/21 Walk Off Fat Fast 30 minute walk, 2 miles of the 5 Boosted Miles workout and a 20 minute stretch routine today.
    2/22 28 minute Strength and Stamina, 8 lb, 5 lb db's and a 10 lb kettle bell., 20 minute Hasfit cardio workout. and a 5 minute stretch.
    2/23 3 Mile Power Walk with Jesscia Smith. So fun!! It's a pre-mix on her 5 Mix and Match Miles,part of the Walk On series.

    Hey everyone!

    Even though there are only five days left in the month, I'm going to jump in and join you.

    My goal: 7 miles before the month is up.

    I've been using LS workouts on and off for 13 years. I always come back to them after not having exercised in a really long time. And this is one of those times. I weigh a great deal and haven't worked out consistently, probably, for years. I hate that I have to start out slow because my mind wants to do, like, five miles day. But, here I am, both needing a place to be accountable and to document my slow and gentle progress.

    I found this group yesterday and scrolled through this thread. Thank you to everyone who posted this month and gave me the motivation to get started.

    - NOT gain weight while on vacation (opps failed that one!!)
    - 120 miles
    - 10,000 steps 15 days this month
    - Control the eating
    - water, water, Water

    Running total - 80.55 miles and 10 days over 10,000 steps

    Feb 21 - 3.21 miles
    Feb 22 - 3.55 miles
    Feb 23 - 6.60 miles - 14526 steps (11/15) walked my dog, house cleaned and curled, whew!!

    the warm weather moved out of my area to make room for cold rain.
    I'm up to about 66.5 miles for the month. Looking to break 70 miles for the month.

We are so glad you found us and please do not even worry about starting out slow as we all did and "true confessions here," often have to start over slowly ourselves after a few "slacker" months. It happens to all of us. :bawling: Remember, your goals are yours alone and we will encourage you to meet your goals as all of our goals are different.

    OK 2020pinktogo, I need to teach at our branch campus then if this is what it takes to get some snow! All we are getting is the freakin' cold and NO SNOW!!! :angry: I am getting annoyed with this!!!! If it is going to be cold, it had better snow or I will move to Canada!!!! Do you think threats will work? :confused::laugh:

    5 Day Mix and Match - Jessica Simpson. I did the 2 mile pre-mix and a warm up and cool day. This is such a good dvd. Lot's of fun. There's not much to dislike about Jessica. What a team she and Leslie would make!

    The cold has come back here. I don't mind cold - but wind doesn't make it very nice walking. Along with all the other excuses I can come up with - I better make March a more productive month if I want to go to scrapbooking retreats in April!!
