Starting a ketogenic diet for diabetes

I am starting a ketogenic diet today from the 21 day diabetes cure. Very similar to Atkins but less fat. Anyone have any words of wisdom?

good for you. My husband is still using Atkins for this too and it is working for him. There are loads of us over at:

and there are lots of resources and diabetics doing ketogenic diets there. Everyone is at a different stage. Very supportive, very friendly come and join us.0 -
