Hello dearest OMAD friends,
March has started! I'm ready to make up for February! Who wants to join in?
My starting weight on 1st march = 54.0kg
My goal weight by 31st March = 50.0kg
Other goals: Exercise a few times a week, take dog out for walks daily, look after my skin

1st @ 70.2 Kg ~ 154.4 lbs
Goal for 31st @ 67 Kg ~ 147.4 lbs3 -
1. I'm so close to being in the in the 230's so id like to get there and stay there by the end of the month even if that mean 239
2. Walk more on the weekends, the weather has not been kind this year, but my steps on Sundays compared to other days of the week is horrible. I'm aiming for 6,000 steps on Sundays
3. Take my C.O.R.E (and pass haha)2 -

CW 211 (begin of March) GW 205. Increase my runs from 30-min to 50-min, go little heavier with the weights.1

Ah my friend gave me a bag of many pairs of jeans that are now too big for her.... They're still too small for me but I know I'll lose the weight and fit into them at the end of this month2 -

Hi guys,
Sorry it took me so long to add everyone to the chart... did not have pc access lately
To update you guys for week one, I now weigh 53.4 kg (lost 0.6kg this week)
I have 3.4 kgs left for my March goal
I have also started exercising. I have done upper body machine workouts at 5kg yesterday and lower body body machine workouts at 7.5kg today.
I think I prefer machine workouts over body weight workouts.
How is everyone going ?3 -

Starting Weight March 1st : 194 lbs
Goal Weight March 31 : 186 lbs
Lift weights thrice a week.

I love the chart, it kind of makes it real!! I have tried some "progress" posts before, but my goals always get lost at the top, I love the interaction in here. I do my "official" weigh ins on Monday, so I am down 1 lb as of March 6th, right on track!! Great job everyone!3

Build up to 50-min on my runs (run 3xweek). I'm at 40 this week and increasing by 5-min/week. Also make a little progress with lifting. Not gain any weight.2

Sorry I haven't updated the chart yet. I will when I have access to my PC
I weigh 52.9 now I started this month at 54.0. I have 2.9kgs left for this month. A little tight but I will keep trying!!
