Completed 1 set after my run for day 2... Can't do full push-ups, so I did table push-ups (Jamie Easton suggests doing full-length push-ups at decreasing inclines as you get stronger, so I'm hoping to get at least to stair height if not floor by the end of the month!)1

Hahahaha. Not a chance I can do these. The big hunks of metal in my knees to not let them bend that far!

Day 2 complete! I also took measurements of my arms today, actually of the rest of my body too. I can't wait to see some changes1

I'm following the 100 pushups plan, so not doing any additional pushups with this. I am caught up through Day 4 on Dips and Mtn Climbers.2

How is everybody counting the mountain climbers? Is it one per leg or one per set? (Right leg, left leg= 2 climbers or 1 climber) I've been counting it as 2, but curious what everybody else is doing.0 -

I have been counting right leg, left leg equals one. But your question makes me wonder?2 -

I'm counting right leg=1, left leg=1 then right leg=2, left leg=2...so one per set not per leg.
