Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 45 minutes P90X2 Plyocide
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Did well yesterday, have a bit of challenge today (3rd of May), though. Missed the early morning workout for lack of sleep, so will try to catch up later.1 -
Sorry, I am posting late! I mix up my workouts quite a bit. I always begin and end my strength training with anaerobic cardio to keep my heart rate up, but I enjoy low intensity exercising, such as hiking and yoga, as well. When I run on the treadmill or elliptical, I set it to interval training, so my heart rate lowers and heightens every few minutes. My goals are to lose weight and tone, and I find that this routine works for me. I want to keep exercising regularly for the rest of my life, so I allow myself to adjust my workouts with how I'm feeling and tend not to be too strict as long as I make some sort of effort.
Exercise? Yes; 10 minute run, 52 minutes of strength training, and an hour hike
Calories? Yes; way under, considering the exercise I'll make sure to eat enough today.
Tracking? Yes
My boyfriend and I tried a healthy chili recipe last night. It is packed with protein and fiber: http://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/2015/11/seriously-the-best-healthy-turkey-chili/
It was delicious! I definitely recommend it!1 -
Pass day #1. I had a feeling this month would be hard. I was exhausted and did not exercise and was ravenously hungry this evening, but it was for a great reason! I got to babysit my almost 2-month-old niece all day! I'm doing a repeat babysitting Wednesday! As I write this, it's Wednesday morning and I'm staring at my beautiful niece while she sleeps. Loving it2

You can do this! Plan for tomorrow and make it count.2 -
@weightXtraining - we are all behind you, willing you to make it
If you don't, still remember we are here to support you for the rest of the month2 -
@weightXtraining We are behind you......YOU CAN DO THIS! Even when we use our 3 pass days it only means you will not be in the winners circle. We continue to check in each day and be supported by everyone...........remember this is not a diet it is a healthier lifestyle and we will all have our ups and downs the WIN is when we get back up, dust ourselves off and come back stronger than ever!1

Like tennis "It ain't over till the last point is decided".
Just focus on the day you are in. Let the month take care of itself.
Even if you do bow out from the circle this month, keep going. Reaching your personal goals is done by perseverance, not by how you did in a single month long challenge.
People here all know it's hard. We are striving along with you. We all want to see long term success and help how we can.
