Body fat % 19.6 and my goal is to get it down to 16%
I'm busy with a carb cycling plan for about 12 weeks, and lift and push weights 4 to 5 days a week.0 -

all three of us are the same in terms of a goal weight and height! i'm 5'6 but have been measured at 5'6.5 before (i usually just say 5'6).
i'm currently 114 and my final goal is 110.
*i'm of asian descendant and am comfortable around 108 pounds, but my lowest was 105.

Hello everyone! I'm very close to maintenance, but I'm back on MFP after a long hiatus. I've seen a couple of other tall girls on here but I'm not sure if they're still looking for new buddies. Anyone can friend me if they like.

I am a yo-yo healthy eater with a 'sweet' and 'bread' problem! I love to exercise but had 2 back surgeries in past year and it slowed me down (but didn't stop me). I feel so much better when I eat healthy and in spite of having some awesome sugar-free recipes, sabotage myself all the time, I am SO tired of my lack of commitment so I am writing here to make my commitment public and be held accountable.3 -

Hi there! We seem to have some in common. I'm not really one with a sweet tooth, but sandwiches and salty/fried foods, and WINE are my downfall. I work out pretty vigorously 4-5 times a week and have for the last two and a half years yo-yo weight loss and gain due to poor choices on calorie intake. I love that you are making your journey public in an effort to be held accountable! That is exactly what I have been doing as well. I appreciate MFP as a tool for this. It amazes me how much those 100 calorie snacks and such add up if I don't keep track! Good Luck to YOU!!!0 -

I lost the initial 37 pounds a year ago in about 2 months, and maintained fine, weaning myself off MFP as I was getting comfortable with trusting my food choices until this March when I went skiing, forced myself to eat much more than I'm used to and since then I've put on a few pounds eating intuitively because I got used to the high amount of food over that week. So I'm trying to retrain my appetite again and lose the few pounds back to my happy place!1 -
