Will be doing Chalean Extreme Burn Curcuit 1 (4th week) followed by Body Beast either Build Shoulders or Build Back/Bic (2nd week). I combine Chalean full body workouts with specific muscle group from Body Beast0

My goal is to do the entire Power 90 Series Ladder. I started with Classic Power 90, New P90, Power 90 Master Series, and now I'm on P90X /XPlus. The One on One volumes 1-3) are next, then X2. Then X3.0
