Mine are as follows:

@Shans34, you are ambitious!! Love the goal to eat more clean, especially.
Probably nearing the end of my big weekly drops in weight, so I will shoot for 6-8 pounds in June.0 -

2. Eat less than 50 gms of net carbs

-Tighten up my calories
-I'd like to incorporate at least one 96 hour fast, just to see how it shakes things up

1. Getting into the 150s, I am currently 169.8.
2. Upping my water intake (been really struggling with getting my water in lately)
3. Getting to bed before 10:00pm
4. Up my exercise1 -

#1 Not gain any weight!
#2 Lose a little weight (2.5 lbs min)
#3 Increase runs to 5-miles 3xweek (I'm at about 3.5-miles right now).
I think that is about it. I've somewhat lost my interest in lifting for some reason. I was into it and my schedule got disrupted for a couple of weeks and now I'm not that interested. I will give it break for a little while and then get back into it. I do need to do it.0 -

I do that...go off and on between cardio and strength training. Such is the sum of the healthy life, though, if you think about it.0 -

2. I am not going to tell anyone I am doing OMAD - everyone close to me has got a sense of "deja vu" when it comes to my attempts at losing weight.
3. As part of my meal I will have a green mean juice (celeri, cucumber, watercress, spinach, apples, lemon). I am a great fan of Joe Cross's juices (Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead) and Jason Fung!

My main goal is to get down to 205 and continue strength training 3x a week!! We leave for Disney soon, and have the meal plan purchased so OMAD will be off for the trip, but there are plenty of healthy choices available.0

People have been leaving me alone lately about OMAD. I just say "I've been doing it for 7 months so...."1

When people see me going to the drinking fountain at work, I know they are thinking, "He isn't eating", but they can't really argue with the results and most of them have not had good results so I just keep doing what I'm doing.2

3. Go down to 50kg (I don't know how much I weigh but I've gained a lot due to not being on OMAD after getting sick. I'll weigh when I feel comfortable with my body again)
4. Start lifting again
5. Run twice a week
6. Walk once a week
7. Experiment with low carb days and high carb days
8. Be more positive and use affirmations3 -

Welp halfway through I'm down 4-5 pounds.. Not great but I'm stepping it up the second half so I should get there... I did my 96 hour fast so I'm happy about that... Calories haven't tightened up much but that's ok there's still half of June left!1 -
Not doing great this month but still trying to achieve the weight loss goal. I am down only 1.7 kg so far. I did start resistance exercises by mid of the month which has caused muscle soreness and water retention. Lets see how I finish off this month.1

Checking in - I am thinking I am on track to get to my weight goal for the month. I have upped my water intake but could still do better. still working on the bed time and I have upped my exercise.1 -

June goals results:
Weight loss achieved: 3.8 kg/8.36 lbs. Almost made it.
Did not quite abide by the carb limit, however, I did start exercising this month to break my plateau of 84-85 kg. I had 3 days of carb load to shock my system and then went back to 50 gms of carb along with daily strength exercises plus HIIT. HIIT seemed to work for me which I am going to continue doing.0 -

Welp here are the results:
Tightening Calories: MEH...sorta - I went on and off being really good...we'll try again in July lol
A 96 hour fast: DONE! And it wasn't TOO bad - probably won't be repeating again but maybe, we'll see how I feel
Weight Loss: Welp I only lost half of what I wanted, 6 pounds....BUT there we SO MANY COCKTAILS this month that I'm ok with that - we're going to attempt to cut that sh** out this month and see how much better it goes

Ended June with a 7.4 drop and my goal was between 6-8 pounds so I'm a very happy camper. :-)

1. Don't gain weight - met this
2. Lose 2.5-lbs - I lost 4-lbs so met this.
3. Get runs up to 5.0 miles - I'm doing 4-miles and just adding 1/4-mile/month. Should hardly be noticeable. Didn't meet this but I wanted to change it anyways.2 -

No, haven't heard from Madgirl, I asked in her personal thread if she was feeling better, that was about two weeks ago. :-( I haven't seen that she's logged into MFP since being sick. I do hope she's okay. I miss her.0 -
