    Welcome Randal. There's There's several of us guy-geezers here, and lots of good advice. Don't take that Uncle Mac too seriously though. He thinks police services are better than fire services. Obviously ain't right in the head.

    Hi Randal! Welcome to the group!

    You can do it if you set your mind to it. Just track and log and use common sense and you can get that weight off. Be patient because it will take time, and it definitely won't be linear. Keep us posting on how it's going.

    Age is just a number! What worked for me was intermittent fasting! Coupled with sensible exercise I feel better at 50 than I did at 30. Seriously. 89kc5svfeoxg.jpg
