89. It scared me because I had fish and chips and had some spiked lemonade for dinner, so I ate a little something and took again and it's 106... I see some of you have low numbers at night, but I am not used to it. I did walk about 5 miles overall today. Don't know if that matters.

Wake up to an 88. 110 at breakfast, 122 and lunch then boom 202 at dinner. Ending the day at 186.0

Best day! 95, 104, 136 and 146. I do believe there is something to the low carb thing, ive stayed under 25% all week.
Oh and i lost another couple pounds so am at 103 total.2 -
