I know I have started this new thread early, but plenty of people will have completed their June weigh-ins now. And personally I need to get back on track and am keen to do so through a bit of goal setting .
HW: 183lbs
SW July: 170.6lbs (last June weigh in)
Ultimate goal: Around 160lbs - which I would like to reach by the end of August... will then revise if need be.
July goal: 165lbs
Body fat goal for July: Sub 27%
26th April: 179.4lbs - Body fat: 29.6%
3rd May: 178lbs - Body fat: 29.3%
10th May: 176.6lbs - Body fat: 28.9%
17th May: 175.4lbs - Body fat: 28.6%
24th May: 175.2lbs - Body fat: 28.5%
31st May: 173lbs – Body fat: 28.2%
7th June: 170.4lbs - Body fat: 27.6%
14th June: Holiday - unable to weigh in
21st June: 169.8lbs - Body Fat: 27.3%

Highest Weight: 130lbs.
Start Weight: 118lbs (todays weight)
Ultimate goal: 110lbs -- or 115 if its muscle, which it currently isn't.
July Goal: lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs week
Can you tell me how to calculate the body fat percentage?3 -
I have one of those scales that measure more than just weight, and I use the BF% reading on my scales on my weigh-ins here. This may help you though.
I should add that I don't know my actual BF% as these scales are known to be inaccurate. However, based on my exercise level and weight I don't think it's out that much, and I just use the reading as an indication that I am heading in the right direction.

I'm in. Even though we've just arrived at our holiday destination and I feel 3 lbs heavier already! Off to buy a scales tomorrow so I'll hopefully be back with my info the following day.2

Heaviest weight: 68.8 kg (spring)
Start Weight for July: 63.8 kg (today)
July goal: 63 kg
I've also been trying to gain more lean muscle mass, so starting now and throughout July I want to focus on eating less fat and building more core strength!4 -

My goal is to lose some weight this month, I've got about 1.5kg to get to goal (3lbs) and I've got a holiday this month too.

So have hit goal range and now have to work out how to stay here. I expect to need to keep checking in for some time while I get this worked out.

Successes: I had a good week with one great epic sushi night. Totally worth it. Dropped 2% bf at dexa scan. Probably leanest I'll ever want to be.
Upcoming week plan: I am going away for the fourth of july and will be eating and drinking more than normal. I hope to be able to get in some runs but mostly, be active with kids and family. Maybe I'll get to try surfing!8 -

This week was really tough. I worked 9,5 hour days and have to travel for an hour to get there and another to get home. On the go there aren't many healthy options without preparing them, but I was too tired to actually do that. Coming week the hours will be better, so there's no excuses then! I have high hopes0 -

Here I go! Need to get my act together! Just celebrated my 49th bday and am starting at a new school in the fall. I teach Kindergarten and it is very easy to forget to take care of myself at the beginning of the school year to boot! Current weight - 150lbs

Joining in. Nice to meet everyone. My plan is to stick with what I am doing as it seems to be working: Strong Curves 3 times per week, cardio 3 times per week and yoga at least 2 times per week. I am not tracking calories as I have done bulk/cut cycles before and became way too obsessive with the calorie counting, so just eating healthier and not going crazy on portions seems to be working just fine. Congrats to @aeshippers and @bringbackthejoy you are definitely motivating me! Last month wasn't good for me as I gained rather than lost! Really need to do better this month.
