Start: 183.2
Week 1: 182.8
Week 2: 180.6
Week 3: 181.6
Week 4: 182.4
So, not too happy that the scale is going UP and not DOWN, at least I have some idea as to why. Had pizza this weekend, so I think my body is dealing with the extra salt and cheese. I don't normally eat cheese. My body doesn't like some of the dairy proteins, so things like Lactaid don't help. But, I never realized it took my body so long to recover from it.
However, I did exercise 6 days last week (!) and I've been staying within my TRE window and tracking about 98% of what I eat. We leave for Yellowstone this Wed, so I won't be able to weigh myself this coming Monday. I'll post as soon as I can.

This is one of those NSV weeks. I've reached goal weight and have mostly maintained it but my muscles are definitely showing out.0
