There are a number of people interested in doing an October Challenge and as tomorrow is 1st October...........
If you want to add to it your results from the September Challenge then just add them first then do the 1st October. Looks like a Sunday Weigh In!

Hey all, I'm aiming for -8lbs for October. Other goals include continuing drinking my 64oz water daily, 60min exercise 5x/week. I've been doing 18/6 IF on weekdays. Weekends I try to have meals with the family, so no IF Sat-Sun. Net Carbs: under 25g.

Started off October with a bulletproof coffee and a yoga class let's see if I can finish it with a smaller tummy

OCTOBER 31:
I'm going for 10 lbs in October. That seems to be my average and a number I'm happy with. I like this challenge because it gives me a weekly check point of progress.
I'd like to continue with 20g net carbs per day, the number has slowly been creeping up to 30ish and I've been a bit lax on my macros. In October I'll work to keep them in check. Also, to get more intentional exercise and limit keto-friendly alcohol to 1x weekly at most.2 -

It is mostly a personal challenge/ goal setting and check in thread. We're here for motivation, support and accountability, but everyone sets their own personal goals.

Also my next milestones are 50lbs lost and then I'd like to focus on getting under 250lbs. I'm sure I'll cross the 50lbs lost mark this month, aiming for under 250 by end of November. Milestones make me happy2

My goal is 10lbs in October (it’s a stretch but it would be amazing!) I also want to continue to track daily and workout 6 days a week! I lost 10lbs in September!

Closing the kitchen for Day 1. Bulletproof Coffee, Spicy Bison Chorizo w/ Scrambled Eggs, and a little Lily's Chocolate to end the day. Macros spot on and under my calorie goal. We're off to a good start!1
