What a week! I've explored some new blocks in my neighborhood walking with the new pup. The hills are crazy! Unfortunately, my treadmill is toast. Hoping to replace it soon. I desperately miss getting those walks & runs when I'm not wrangling my kids. This week I saw the correlation between the scale & how I sleep. Get your sleep people. It makes a difference.

So a question; what do we want to do: one final last October weigh in on the 31st and then continue with Sundays so 11/5, 11/12 etc or have Wednesdays now and do 11/1, 11/8 etc???. Throwing my hat in, I think I'm used to weigh in on Sundays now but can go with the flow..............1

I like Sundays. I rather weigh in the morning before my shower. If we did weigh ins on Wednesday, some mornings I am so rushed getting ready for work, I'd probably forget to weigh in.0

greetings we will continue on Sundays! Just need to say damn it, my scales died this morning! Suddenly I was 28lbs lighter, then I got on again and I'd lost another 7lbs. So battery out & cleaned and back in and then I was even lighter, now I know Keto is good but not that good!! So goodness only knows what my next weight posting will be, ahhhhhh!!1

Goodness we have done well 6 of us have completed the month and between us have lost a total of 65.5lbs!!! Two people have lost over 15lbs each, well done Jiggly and Lizby in particular, but we've all done really well. I know, for me, I like the support also the discipline of posting my weight each Sunday. I think this has helped keep me on the straight and narrow at the weekend as I don't say to myself: 'well it's fine I have three or four days to loose anything I gain by a weekend blowout.' I think this is why I've managed to loose and gain the same 4 or 5 lbs for ages and ages!
I'm now going to post the November Challenge which KnitorMiss will put above so we can find it easily. Yeah to us and hello to any new people!!2 -
