91, but it's been within five points of a hundred for the past week or so.
Some days I just don't know - yesterday I had a big, unexpected post prandial spike and wondered if I was coming down with something, then went to the gym and lifted weights, after the workout was 98, ate a big bowl of oatmeal with stuff on it to the tune of 42g net carbs, and an hour later was 81! What the heck!2 -
