My first UAC and I was afraid of failure on day 1 from catching some crud! But I did it!
Exercise: yes, 30 low impact workout and 30 cleaning/vacuuming

Exercise: Busy day so no time for the gym - 25 minute dog walk instead.
Calories: Won't be a problem. I've been on maintenance for years now so I've got it down. I just need help with my fitness. Met calorie goal including the Hershey's kisses!

Today was a lazy day. Stayed up until half past 2 in the morning studying for a surgery test I had early in the morning (I know this is not good, but it was necessary, haha). I had only 4 hours of sleep at night, took my test (it was pretty good), had lunch and came straight back home to sleep. Slept throughout the afternoon and woke up just in time for the gym. Because I went just after waking up, I didn't have as much energy as I usually do but I did the best I could, so yay!
Goals for November:
Be in the winners' circle.
Lose 1-1,5kg (I'm very petite, so that's a lot of weight to lose, haha!)
Encourage others where possible

Hi everyone! Happy first day of the challenge.... it's my first challenge and I'm usually pretty introverted but going to step outside my comfort zone.
Exercise? 30 minutes cleaning

Not feeling great about my exercise today because I've been trying to walk 2 miles a day. But today was crappy weather and a 13 hour work day and tomorrow 14.....not typical but of course day one of the challenge. Goal is to start back again on Friday then start at gym next week.
Really hoping this helps me keep my eyes in my goals!!3 -
