Walked the line that could have led to a binge (the day before yesterday), but pulled through it. Whenever I make it to 3 weeks, I tend to start to struggle and I was hoping I'd be alright this time. So that was RIGHT on time with my personal pattern...which is good information for me going forward. Still struggling, but working through it.3 -

Sick AF yesterday. Doing better today but definitely won't be eating much. I need to make sure this doesn't lead to a binge later though. If I can hardly eat for days, I'm so hungry by the time I CAN eat, that I way overdo it.
@mae918 ! Great job getting though that and recognizing the pattern!2 -

Thanks @mae918 ! I made the mistake last night of eating pizza (my friend came over with her 5-year-old daughter and it was the only thing the kid would eat) and that was definitely a mistake Lesson learned- I don't have to eat something just because someone else is! It's not worth it!3 -

Well, November 10th started an 8-day binge-fest for me after I got home (& woke up from a 4-hr nap) after having surgery on my foot. Basically, having to fast for surgery (midnight to 1pm), home at 4pm but too groggy to eat, needing a nap and waking up from that at 8pm (i.e. 20 hours without eating or drinking anything) led to the start of this most recent binge-fest. After that, trying to stay & sleep in a recliner (to keep my foot elevated as much as possible to keep swelling down) didn't work out so well for getting restful sleep along with watching TV (a binge-trigger for me) during most of the days while recovering & eating "easy to grab" food (i.e. high-carb, "junk" food) rather than my normal stuff I usually prepare--I ended up gaining 12 lbs from this mess over those 8 days but I'm now back on track again following my "BackToBasics" June meal plan (i.e. the meal plan I followed after my last big binge weekend in May that worked so well) and haven't binged in 5 days, so, I hope that continues into Thanksgiving with no binges & just some overeating! On a good note--as quickly as that 12 lbs piled on, it's coming back off quickly too as I've already lost 7.5 of those 12 lbs, so, maybe a lot of that gain was just water weight.

Doing alright. Overindulged with Thanksgiving, but not binging. Will be walking a very careful line in the next few days with all this leftover food around. Planning to give the scale a break for a bit, too4
