The amounts you've been lifting you don't need gym membership and you must already be ripped!! Have a great day tomorrow and on Christmas Day and if you weigh in next week having lost a big amount again I'm officially asking for a job with you!!1 -

Very happy with this morning's results! After waffling between 198.4 and 197.4 for over a week, I was beginning to think that was it! I wasn't going to lose anymore! LOL!0 -

Also glad to see someone else is up this early. At least I think you're in the USA. I was up and rolling at 4:30 AM which is HIGHLY unusual for me. I think I'm getting excited for a new year already with a week remaining in 2017. LOL.1 -

I am up early every morning! I can't sleep past 4 is seems most morning now. But today I was up a 2:30! I don't know if Keto has anything to do with it, but yeah...I get less and less sleep lately. I gave up fighting it and just get up now. But I do go to bed around 8! LOL!1 -

Helloooooooooooooooo fellow Keto-ers! Merry Christmas to you all! Boy did I have a week! Non stop activity and food, shopping, wrapping, parties etc etc. I'm in the middle of cooking our feast, and weighed in. I'm so happy with my results, especially considering all the fun stuff I've eaten (in moderation of course). I decided after 5 months of never breaking keto, tonight has to be the night I'm going to enjoy everything on my table. My goal since July was to be under 200 by Jan 1st, and I plan to hit that goal, but first: Noche Buena!!

Merry Christmas everyone!
I’ve not been eating well, but managed to lose. Under a lot of stress with my parents health. My dad had a stroke last week and is in nursing and sadly, my mother passed away last night.
Still, I’m avoiding sugars and bread...might have drank several adult beverages, but hope to hit onederland by Jan.
