This UAC is already helping me out. I took a break all last month from tracking and working out. But getting back to all of it is really making me see just how much I had slacked off. I wanted some sugar cookies last night, I wanted a whole donut this morning, not just a bite. But just knowing I'd have to account for them, I told myself "NO!"2 -

Crazy start to my year. Spent the 1st in the ER with my brother in law. Heart problems. A very irregular heartbeat. After many tests yesterday was dismissed with medication... just follow up care. Yeah!! My sister is the in hospital too so like I said not a good start so far.4 -
I am taking a pass for today without any regrets. The weather outside was frightful! Today is projected to be at least a few degrees warmer.0
