Ok, we have made it past mid-month of January 2018. If you check the member's roster for the month, quite a few of those who signed up have quietly slipped away.
Now, if you are thinking, "I've already got 2, or 3, or X, Pass days, and I'm not going to make the Winner's Circle." Relax!
This is not really a one month challenge. This challenge is about changing the way you do life. Healthy habits will change your life for the better. The proof is written all over the January 16th posts.
In this challenge, you don't get kicked out if you go over 3 passes, you are still on the team. I don't always make the Winner's Circle.
Be encouraged. Keep working and moving forward.

So next week is one of those weeks where I had to take time off to run people to appointments. Last night I was working on the driveway. I am so tired and the day hasn't even started. Time to get moving till later.4

Cold and dry here, the Long tailed tits were about this afternoon
Exercise yes, 2x 20 min walk to work, 45 min walk at dusk, 15 min day 4 yoga for beginners 30 day challenge on YouTube, I think yoga should be made law! 30 min walk with the lovely Leslie Sansone , 120 min cleaning

Yes x 3 but barely on exercise (walking). I think having to get up with the young dog every day before it's even light is catching up with me. I've never really been a morning person, particularly in the winter - it was bad enough getting up in the dark when i had to go to work, but those days are supposed to be over! Skiing @ Holiday Valley in western NY. All day. That is a huge NSV when I can out last the younger people in our group. Tracked and under calories. Packed breakfast and lunch. No apres ski partying. I am leaving that part of the day for others.2

Three weeks ago I would’ve been eating an entire pizza or almost all of it and 3/4 of a 2 liter soda. So happy to kick my butt back in gear after a major slip up from Oct-Dec.

Yes x3. 500 Rep challenge. 10 exercises, 10 reps, 5 times through. It sure got my heart rate up! I was out visiting a friend for the morning and we ended up chatting until nearly 2. So I never did get lunch in. It worked in my favour as I made homemade pizza for supper and had plenty of calories left to enjoy it.3

Will need a pass on the exercise. My body was tired yesterday and I needed a day off. I did track and I did stay within what I tracked. This is my weigh in day and with the increase in my calories...I lost 3.2 pounds this week! I felt so much more relaxed eating more food and I felt my body almost :Sigh" and the body stress dissolve. A good lesson for me that to loose weight we sometimes need to add in calories in a controlled planned manner to fuel all the activity we do. HOORAY for me!1

New trail at The Wetlands today. It’s a trail called Duck Creek, it’s not my favourite but we did see a Heron in flight and tons of Geese honking and hollering, probably planning their migration
