despite still being unwell, i managed yes to all 3 ... luckily i had to move furniture at work, which took about an hour and worked up a little sweat!

Good walk late today. Still fast.
Wanted to get prescription inserts for my FPV goggles, but my optometrists script is incomplete (uncorrectable left eye - legally blind in that eye, so no script for left and no PD measurement). Will need to book an eye test to get a new (complete) script. As I am long-sighted, stock negative diopters will not work. I need +2.75 for distance and +4.25 for reading (for my right eye). @RangerRickL. When trying to maintain weight. It is important to eat enough (and sleep). For me (from experience), home made ice cream (made with cream, egg-yolks and sugar) has the right mix of fats, protein and carbs (and no gluten) that burns off overnight.
If short on protein for the day, I eat a protein bar. If not, then second dessert.
If I do not eat enough, I do not sleep as well (now that my reserves are at a minimum).

I actually did it! I was thinking of just giving up for the rest of the month since I screwed up yesterday but luckily I changed my mind before any damage was done
I also learned that one of my staple meals (gari, soup, and chicken) has a surprising amount of calories. And that a chicken thigh with skin has about 50 more calories than a chicken drumstick with skin. The things you learn.4 -

Baby kept me up all night (pretty sure she is teething!) but somehow I managed to get 30 min workout in (between naps) and eat well! Did rowing machine and weights.
