Like how complete is the protein, or what's missing?

Graph and link if you need balancing amino acids.

Sad day in history when you realize that cheese and peanut butter shouldn’t be considered a source of protein. However- finding a whey isolate that I enjoy was a happy day.

Cheese and peanut butter are excellent sources of delicious, though. That's gotta count for something.

There's food for the body, and food for the soul. You need both.

    Thanks!
Peanut butter is really quite a bad, albeit tasty, source of protein - it is really a source of fat.

Ah thats a bummer. I thought I was doing good with my 8 grams of protein in the morning. You posted a thread with a sample menu for getting the macros in- that was super helpful. Do you have any other sample macro menus you can post? Or do you know of any websites that have sample menus?

I have been doing well staying within my cals with healthy foods- but have had a difficult time developing meals that hit macros.[/quote]

Try powdered de-fatted peanut butter like PBfit - much better stats
