Just going for 100 miles this month. Weather really bad and dog just had an op so may not walk as far.1
-
Starting off with just 1.73 miles to start

Can you add me for another 60 miles this month?0
-
Starting the month off with 24 miles. Had to do it on a trainer. My alarm went off and I reset it for an hour later. Needless to say, I drove to work tonight instead of riding.
24 miles out of 200.

Of course it's acceptable! It's moving isn't it? Actually burns more calories than walking so there's no doubt it counts.2 -
No vitamin D this morning, Dean. Full moon is up and pretty bright this morning. Sunrise will be right after we get home from our walk. It's going to be a beautiful Friday!!

@CALLIOPE610 - Great to see you back too!
@K80FLEC - Of course swimming is allowed! You're moving! And might I also add that they are fairly hard fought miles!

Back to work but I found time for a short walk this morning and a few mini walking breaks during the day. Added 2 more miles.
@Dave and Anaconda This is what I missed so much. Now, I have to keep straight that we are not talking about done with all the Cadburys in the house, right?3 -

What a bunch of comedians we have. :"Now I have to keep straight that we are not talking about done with all the Cadburys in the house" LOL.
@sussexbythesea - South Africa - how exotic!
@sufferlandrian - do you get to go somewhere interesting for your CE? Or do you just have to make time to do it after you finish your 110 hour shift?
@k80flec - sorry to hear you're injured in places I've never even heard of. Feel better soon.
@taxmom9093 and @Calliope610 - good to have you back!
Went cycling with the crazy bike club last night. 11/751 -
Signed up for a 5K in three weeks, so took my butt outside face first into the wind and ran/walked 4.1 miles. Saw the dietitian today, my metabolism dropped from the last time we tested it, so we reworked the numbers and I"m going to do my best to get it back up and check again in about a month. At least it's good to know why the scale doesn't do what I want it to do.

Temperatures have finally dropped in Florida. February set a record for hottest ever. I had a beautiful 3 mile run this morning. I wish I could have run more but I had obligations at church. If it's still cool tomorrow morning I'll try to get in a long run. I'm signed up for the Star Wars half marathon at Disney in April so it would be good to keep my distance fitness up. Also rode my bike to and from church for a total of 10 miles. That puts me at 21/75.
Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend.
