I meant to ride my bike to church this morning but I had a flat and no time to fix it. So no miles for me today.
Hope you all had a great weekend. Keep on moving!
@Janet: your video clip makes me think of the time when I use to run on the treadmill before it screwed up my running stride. I always had fears that I would fall and go flying off the thing. Every now and then I would relax and catch myself tripping up. I never could relax while running on the thing. Now it is just brisk walking and inclines for me.1 -

So this is what a second day off in the same week feels like. I really thought I would get more than 2.5 miles walking today but that's still more than I have had time for most days.

@VHUBER - I agree with @CLEPANT...great pic!
@TAXMOM9093 - Glad to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your extra day off! I'm taking Wednesday off this week because my motorcycle is coming home from getting the extra goodies put on it over the winter and it's supposed to be really nice so I'm expecting to get some garage time in..and maybe even a spin around the block.
I got 7.0 miles total in yesterday between 6.0 the stationary bike and 1.0 mi brisk walk on the treadmill. I also managed to run for 1 minute of that time and it went okay and no negative side effects during or afterward, so I'm going to gradually and carefully start adding more of that back into my walks!
I didn't get to go to the gym this morning because my sweetheart urged me to finally go see the doctor about what I thought was tendonitis in my thumb for the last 9 months or so. Turns out it's osteoarthritis in the base joint of my thumb. That sure explains why it never got any better nor really responded to ice, ibu, splinting etc.. I got a better thumb splint today I'm supposed to wear as much of the day as possible, but if that doesn't alleviate it enough, I can go back anytime for an injection. They'll inject me as many times as it still works. Then if/when that stops, they can operate on it. Yay.

It was nice enough out this afternoon that I got out for a 1.5 mile walk.

Geez, almost forgot to log my 1.5 miles. Most of that Boot camp laps, some while holding a medicine ball (stopped for intermittent burpees).
Snowing here in NC. The weather amuses me. We closed the office a little over an hour early. It's amazing to me to see management trying to get those last few patients in and out, so different from the hospital where you'd have to risk your life to show up. It's still snowing/icing, I'm hoping the gym is open so I don;'t have to miss my trainer hour and at the same time, the office opens on a delay. Hey, I can dream ...

Long day at work and a bell practice limited me to one mile today. There's always tomorrow.

24 miles out of 200.
Adding 10 miles for 34 out of 200
Adding 7 miles for 41 out of 200. I can’t believe I’m finding time to go down to the gym! After two days in Vegas I’m surprised I’m not in a food coma. Good thing I don’t drink. I would have a hangover to boot!
Adding 8 miles for 49 out of 200. Back home and back to work.
Adding 32 miles for 81 out of 200.

@vhuber - Got my taxes in last month. I was trying to get ahead of the game this year. I was watching the weather last night. Looks like you guys are in for some unsettled weather the end of this week.
@janet - I don't know why I never thought of that. I would have enjoyed the treadmill much better.

@JTH11706 - LOL!! I've never seen that one! Loved it! So is that how people with those treadmill desks do it??
I managed to slip two minutes of running into my treadmill walk today. So far, so good.

@darkrider42 - ha ha ha, I wonder if that poor cat will ever get to eat.
3 mile run this morning. Temperature was 55F (freezing for Florida). Yesterday the temperature was 72F and humid. Today my pace was faster by 1.5 minutes/mile. That seems like a ridiculous increase, but I've always heard temperature is a huge factor.2 -
