I went to the gym and added 6.5 miles on the stationary bike and 0.5 mile brisk walk on the treadmill. Was going to go further/longer on the treadmill, but a severe blizzard was moving in and I wanted to get on the road before I got snowed into the parking lot.

Was hoping for more, but after another day of "hey can you help" at work I'm happy with the 1.75 miles I added. March total 10 miles
Thank you everyone for the welcome back. I really appreciate it.

@Dave: When I had my old apSu urban, my car would not fit in the garage so my hubby gave me a remote car starter for Christmas one year. It was the best gift. My friends at work were jealous. My new Suburban has it it in it but I always appreciated the first one. Hope your son loves his as much as I love mine.
@Dean: Classes are brutal for sure and I am betting yours are too. It’s hard to sit through hours of that crammed into a week. I don’t envy you by any means.
March 5: Adding 15 miles today of 7 miles walking and 8 miles cycling
TTD 65 miles

24 miles out of 200.
Adding 10 miles for 34 out of 200
Adding 7 miles for 41 out of 200. I can’t believe I’m finding time to go down to the gym! After two days in Vegas I’m surprised I’m not in a food coma. Good thing I don’t drink. I would have a hangover to boot!1 -
@clepant - Fortunately we have a variety of classes to chose from. If not, it would be even more brutal. It took two five hour energy drinks to get through three afternoon classes yesterday. I figured one per day, not two per afternoon. I’m going to have to go get more at walgreen’s. My brother teaches school and when he goes for CE, they have a limited selection. That would be even worse! I don’t envy you with your CE.0

@SUSSEXBYTHESEA - Sounds like a great time! Enjoy! :drinker:
@LAMLAM2013 - Hope you start feeling better soon!
@SUFFERLANDRIAN - Good for you for getting your workouts in while you're on the road, Dean!
@PDFRAZIER08 - No worries on the late update! I've got you recorded.
@CLEPANT - No doubt! Remote car starters are wonderful. Winter AND summer. Nothing like pre-cooling the car interior in the summer too. And snow and ice comes off of warm windows SO easily.
Speaking of snow...we're getting more of that stupid stuff again today. You're killing me, Mother Nature!!

3 mile run yesterday and 6 miles today. March has brought with it the weather we should have in February - cool mornings with warm afternoons. It's most welcome after February was the hottest ever recorded. I'm at 30/75.
@sufferlandrian - food coma and boring classes are a terrible combination. Good luck with the energy drinks. The exercise should help too. Since you don't drink you shouldn't be too tempted by the gambling either.
@LadyPersia - welcome back! Great to see you again.1 -
