I'm always good with water so I'm pretty lucky, don't expect anywhere near as much for the rest of the month but I'll defo take it Probs slight muscle loss tbh as no gym for 2 weeks now1 -

I'm such a geek with stats though as you can see. Very personal to me but works as a great motivator

@Tracie_Lord, that's a lot of numbers!! Keeping stats like this can be a huge motivator to see the overall downward trend, especially when there are bumps in the road. What I notice is hardly any bumps....you are so focused and determined!! Can't wait to see where this journey takes you!!1

Today I got up and did my measurements - something I haven't tracked since the 14th January.
I've lost 8.5cm off my chest, 8.5cm off my waist and 6cm off my hips.
Very happy with those results5 -

You are doing so great, Em!! Little by little. First you track your food and stay under your calorie goal. Then you get a Fitbit and work on increasing your step total and intensity. A recipe for success!!1 -
