Exercise- 30 mins housework. I hope that counts! I set a timer for 30 mins and was moving around the whole time, putting away laundry, picking up toys and books, etc.

Exercise- yes! Another bounce class with my little pals kicked my butt!

A bounce class sounds fun....what exactly is it?

It’s one of those inflatable bouncy places with slides and big obstacle courses. My boys are non verbal and have some sensory issues, so we started taking them there for a “sensory bounce” class where they get out energy and interact with other kids. The place we go to also has an open bounce time on some weekends and we can go in with them and run around. It’s a lot of fun and they really enjoy it, so it is worth the soreness for me! Hahah

Wasn't expecting that much of a loss, but I'll take it! I guess it makes up a bit for the time I spent in maintenance this month

Sorry.. I've been a bit low the last few days, and sort of stuck in my own bubble..

But I have stayed on plan, stayed under my caleries every day and when I've been out the house, ive made an effort to walk more..

I hope you snap out of your funk soon! Try to get outside for even a short walk. The fresh air, change of scenery and the chance to clear your mind will do you good. In the meantime, keep doing what you are doing as far as logging your food and eating at a deficit, because it is working and you are seeing amazing results!!!! Focus on that if you need a mental pick me up!!

Yes, I dropped off my son's 2017 business info to his tax accountant this morning. So glad to be done with that! Then went out and had a lovely lunch at a small French restaurant with my son. Did not count calories, but I didn't do too bad. Anyway, I'm ready to turn my attention to more important things now, like, weight training and gardening!

Good morning, team. I've got a Question for you. For those of you celebrating Easter this coming weekend, what are your plans? If there are to be family get-togethers, do you have a plan? Log what you eat or not? Indulge, or in moderation?

    Weigh-in Wednesday
    Last week: 175.4
    Today: 177.4

Disappointed to see the gain but to be expected. Tried to use Sunday-Tuesday to balance out last week's birthday indulgences but that strategy didn't quite work. Wish I was finishing up the month with another loss but oh well on to April!!

Hey, it happens. Was it your birthday? I hope we didn't miss it!! You may not be ending March with a loss, but you can definitely start April with one!! Sunday to Tuesday continues.....

Just an FYI, for those of you continuing onto the April challenge (which I hope is everybody!!!). The April thread is now up. We will officially head over there on Sunday, but in the meantime, pop over and introduce yourself to the new members. I am suggesting we do this now, as some of us may be busy over Easter weekend.
