    Starting April off with a gain due to a cheat I had this week! :s Working extra hard this month to make things right... normally I would let this get me down and quit...not this time! #GOALStoreach!

    @NikkiJRM Right now I'm happy to log/track but I want this keto to become a lifestyle. I can't see myself logging everything I eat for the rest of my life. So, I'm going to give it at least one week with no logging. I'm going to weigh in every day this week though. Maybe next week I'll try no looging and no weighing. We'll see how this week goes. Thanks for joining me.

    April here comes the rain, anyone else like running in the rain? Anyway i didn’t weight myself today but I am 186.2 last time i checked yesterday.

    Don't be too hard on yourself. Stick to it - if you keep going, those 4 lbs will turn into 40 lbs. Heck, it's no failure to enjoy your lifestyle AND lose an average of 1 lb per week!

    I'm sure my loss was only from OMAD. But I guess it's better than gaining from my bad habits

    @Jen_Free Just go into Announcements which is in the same place as this Challenge and it says Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet. The very first post is by Nikki who set up the spreadsheet. Click on the link and it will take you to the Spreadsheet, add your name and away you go! If you are doing this from a phone there maybe a problem is so message Nikki here and she will see your request and send you a link to access the Spreadsheet. If it doesn't work, it doesn't matter, some people use it, some people don't and just log their weekly weight here and a lot of us use both!

    Also to everyone else, welcome back to all the old timers and welcome to everyone new! <3

    I've been doing Keto since February 19th and I've lost 42 pounds as of March 25th. I'm excited to have found this group! I started out at 440. But I'll never see that number again!

    I just started keto on Saturday! I had been hovering around 161/162 for the past few weeks up from the 155 I had been staying at for most of this year. One Sunday I weighed in at 159.8 and this morning I was down another .4 despite not being the best on Easter. Goal for this month is to lose at least 10 pounds. My ultimate goal weight because I am on the shorter side would be around 125ish.
