25 min walk at lunch yesterday brought me to 6200 steps for the day. Lots of NEAT opportunities this week with 5 more loads of laundry to do and I have stairs
Looking forward to spin tonight!!1 -
low heart rate + hills level 2 = 15:44/mile

Got 5800 steps yesterday on a strength day. A couple things interfered with me getting those last 200 steps to reach my goal but I obeyed the Nagbit when it buzzed me all day. I was as inefficient as all hell. I had some extra fatigue and achiness yesterday though which slowed me down. Sjogren's is stupid.
And my youngest is being a devil lately. Uncooperative isn't strong enough a word.
Anyway, it should be nice enough for me to stretch my legs outside a bit today. I'll do a PiYo workout to get a little bit of fatigue in the arms, and then stomp around outside. It's not going to be the warmest (55ish for the high) but I have a jacket. The kids need to be thrown and locked outside.
Tomorrow is dumbbell day.2 -
Yesterday I got about 8600 steps with no dog walking or running and 20 flights of stairs. I also parked farther from buildings when I was out and about. I’d love to be able to hit 10k steps without exercise so that is what I’ll shoot for all month to improve NEAT.2

4/4
plan it
log it
eat it
move it went to Bodyflow and took a long walk with the dog.
I did great, but its getting harder to keep my motivation going. I don't think I'll hit my end of April goal (I started a bit behind from March) so I need to reevaluate what IS possible and reset my mind and motivation.1 -
"Active April" ... Love it!
My week one goal (since it is already 4/5, really this is a two day goal, but that is ok, i gotta start somewhere!!!!)
1. Record faithfully
2. Exercise 30 minutes today and tomorrow.1 -
“Active April” this is great1

Yesterday’s stats:
Park farther from the building - check
Improve NEAT through more steps- check- got 10k in before any exercise and 20 flights of stairs
I’m not seeing a difference on the scale this week by being more active but I maintained so I’ll take it!0 -
Got over 11k steps yesterday. Not a lot of time today, and it's strength so I'm shooting for 6k. It's mad today. Sigh...1

I've not been focused on moving my body as intended. Income producing activity has take priority the last 3 days. That's always a good thing though in that it takes my mind off food!0

February I failed my goals and I was still not with it in March so I didn't even join the challenge lol
I am on a mission to get back into being active so this one is perfect. I would like 3-4 days a week of activity. This week I've gotten 3 days in already and I'm hoping to take a hike this evening because it's beautiful. Tomorrow however is forecasted to be snowy...smh2 -
My goal for April is to be more active. I'm doing a keto WOL and the first month I felt pretty lethargic and didn't want to do anything. This month I'm changing that! I'm making sure to get in my step goal on my Fitbit, but more than that, I want to start walking more. Hopefully the weather gets warmer so I can! But if not, I'm going to do YouTube videos til then.1

Got in almost 7k on a strength day. 3 trips for one load of laundry put away. Paced while folding I was on it.
I don't know about today. I need to do floors. But there are errands to do and I sold the kids to the circus (J.K., I gave them to the inlaws for the weekend ) so I may be gaming old school (Battlefield 2) with the Hubs part of the day. Floors need done. But I need to tend to my relationship, too. I'll figure it out.

I did our second 5k of the year today. Still not up to running again yet, but it was a good brisk walk, averaged about 10 minutes per km. That was after 22km on the indoor bike this morning lol.
And we're on target for our April challenge. Our oddly specific goal is to burn 28,862 'active calories' this month, and we're at 6,997 after six and a half days.3 -
Early link to the next week.

Pushed myself too hard yesterday and did twice my step goal, 10k. It felt great, up until 10pm (when I was getting off work) and I was bone-tired and mentally exhausted. And today I feel like I just wanna sleep the day away. But 10k steps! I haven't done that since probably a year ago.2
