Took a break but back

I was pretty active here until almost 2 years ago when life got crazy, I fell off keto hard and just had to work to survive the craziness that my life had become. In November last year things settled and I picked keto back up and have lost 40+lbs since. Last time keto was a chore this time I've done it for long enough that when I go off in big ways my stomach gets angry with me and that makes it way easier to manage. I can sit and want the bread on the table at a restaurant but if I eat it I'll pay the next day with stomach pain and bathroom issues.
I've lost weight until now just with keto but I want to add exercise in. I have issues with my feet and ankles (partially due to being obese and partly due to psoriatic arthritis)...any suggestions for something I'll enjoy but that won't aggravate my joints?

I bought a stationary recumbent bike back in 2014 when I had a bum knee. It was only $139 from Walmart and drop shipped to the house. Another exercise I did was chair exercises. There are several videos on youtube and you can get a good workout with them. I'm not sure you'll enjoy either but they'e a start and can be easy on the feet and ankles.

Glad you are still with us! I remember you. I recall you have a child who was eating keto? Epilepsy or other special needs maybe? I might have the wrong person. Still, it is good you're back and congrats on the 40 pounds!0 -
Yup that's me! We did medical ketogenic with her for a bit less than a year before she qualified for surgery. Thankfully her seizures are pretty well controlled now so we don't need to follow ketogenic diet with her anymore.3

Welcome back! I was off keto but still relatively low carb until recently. My husband and I are both on the low carb spectrum, but he's a newbie and I'm full keto again so I get to teach him all about it!0

Welcome back! I am also returning. I was keto until about eight months ago. I had a roller-coaster year and gained most of my 20lbs back in the past four months. I'm happy to be back, but have stalled in my loss.0
