Hey guys, I think I'm going to bow out for the rest of the month, I've got a lot going on at work (until we hire a new person), and I'm struggling to give my weight loss the focus it needs. I'm finding myself frustrated with my progress and stressed trying to figure it out and handle what's going on at work and the day to day family stuff. I'm still working out and trying to watch what i eat, but I don't want to bring down the team while I get over this hurdle. Good luck to you guys.1
