You got this!!!! I fear weigh-in day for myself. Yesterday was awful.
Well, I'm not worried. First, it's one week, with lots of social and familystuff, and not a regular week. Second, I think it would be better today, or even better tomorrow.
Yesterday, I made myself pizza (italianstyle, with full controll, so among others two meals with pizza, and they were total of only 1150 kcal.) .
Got in a good run, and a good start of the week.1 -
I actually stayed under my calorie allowance yesterday! Hopefully again today, but I’m skipping my workout this morning. I’ll try to make it to the gym after work.1

Personally I just started today with 60 day PLP (today, 1 pullup, 1 lunge and one pushup, tomorow 2, next day 3 etc), in addition to three to four times at the gym, and hope to run two or three times a week.1 -

I've seen the other team captains do it. Haven't seen it in the group, yet.0 -
I think we were/are doing the thing of checking in each day with if we had logged our intake/output, exercised, and stayed under calorie goal.1

I'm joined a couple outside of this group, but there are no true challenge groups that I have seen. I also have done some on YouTube channels. Maybe you and I can challenge each other each day. Who challenge for today - 100 push ups. LOL just kidding. If you're even close to my shape you couldn't do to push ups. Anyways, a real challenge would be increase your exercise time by 15 minutes today.1 -

Sorry for being MIA - spring break/sickness/life got one over on me, but it seems things are mellowing out.
