    Hi everyone. My first time being involved in this challenge (in fact my first ever challenge on MFP). Last weighed in at 225 and was 258 at my heaviest (I think, I'm from Scotland so it's 18st, 3lb in my normal world). I'm doing CICO and been doing well for the last 3 weeks. 1 more week to make it a habit eh? I've lost and gained like a yo-yo over the years but looking for this to stick. Good luck everyone.     I'm from Scotland to! Born and raised in Aberdeen but married a Californian so moved a few years back. I have always used lbs, but most of my friends back home use KG's which is just confusing! Good luck to you too :)

    Well done. Considering you were struggling with cravings it's great you've recorded a loss. Good effort. I hope the cravings have passed.
