Detroit, MI area. I have refused chemotherapy and things are spreading. Getting pressure from the doctors do do chemo, but I just don't feel that God is leading me there. Just started the Keto diet, was mostly just doing a healthy diet. Need to avoid feeding cancer cells their sugar. Following with a functional medicine doctor. Looking at other alternative treatments.5

This is my 3rd time attempting keto. I started yesterday and am determine to continue. My husband and I are doing it together. I didn’t have too much success with my last two tries, so I’m switching up a few things this time and also adding in some cardio to see if that helps me this time. I’m trying to utilize my instant pot to get good meals made quick since I have a family and I work full time.0 -

Cardio really helps me, also avoiding any sugar .. and eating high amounts of good fat to keep me satisfied and not hungry.0
