Flowers are blooming and the birds are singing. I love June! Everyone has given me some new thoughts to think on at the end of May.

I’m home. 175.0 this morning and starting the month. I pretty much maintained on vacation. Now it’s time to pick up the exercise. I want to be in the 160s by the end of the month. So going for 6 pounds this month.
PAula - I posted a new profile picture from vacation. I’ll try to post a couple others when I get myself together this week.

142.6 this morning at 5:00. Salt yesterday. boo. Walking this morning then grocery shopping and a new soup. We'll see...goulash has run it's course.

Inspiring everyone. I did not weigh yet. I will in the morning. I have been outdoors all weekend. Working in my gardens and at a car show. Walked the kids with my daughter's family and their dog. I am a little burned. But the beds look better! I have been digging out plants that have not been doing well. Ugly tulips, daffodils and the likes. To many nice ones to keep ugly ones. Planted a lot of annuals and some hostas. I love summer. Iris are blooming here. And a new clematis is blooming.

The new goal for June is to bounce in the 160's and get completely out of the 170's.

142.2 this morning at 5:20. Slept in...no walking. We helped DDD out in her classroom yesterday. She gets a new classroom in the 3rd grade row. So crazy sore today...both of us!

Normally I round up or down to half pound increments. But today it was under 170 and that's important. Hitting the 160's are a key milestone this month, so no rounding this one up.

175.2 this morning. Busy work week...playing catch up. Not eating very well and the only exercise has been a tennis match. I must do better!

Went to Stockton for a funeral today. Peppermint day. It'll cost me a lot, I'm pretty sure. Went real easy on the food and killer desserts they served. Only had one slice of the coffee cake loaf. Tomorrow and Sunday will tell. It was good to see everybody. Wish we'd get together for something other than a funeral.

143.4 this morning at 5:00. Yesterday cost me 1.6 pounds. It was so easy too. It could have been worse, but I showed control and good choices. Watch others pack in every dessert on the table...every pan of meat and pasta put out there. Go back for seconds and thirds...take some home. Made me proud I showed wise choices and took my water. Sooo, let's see how long it takes to work it off.
Walking in a few mins then working out w/our trainer then book store for books and gift cards and birthday cards then a nap.
