    176.4 this morning. Wow...refocus. It’s been a busy week. I’ve got 3 weeks to get to 169.9 to meet mt goal for June...no excuses.

    141.8 this morning at 6:00. Slept in!! Walking in a few. Then reading on a beautiful California day!! B)

    We met the kids at the book store yesterday afternoon then came back here for dinner of salad with ALL the fixin's and vanilla ice cream and lemon bread and blueberry bread and kisses from Ronan. I was so sure my weight was going to be up but something went right...maybe the fact I didn't have lunch, walked w/DH and worked out w/our trainer and just kept up a ridiculous pace yesterday had something to do with it. bwahahaah! It was a good day.

    Lo carb is working. Had some crackers yesterday and had a little fight not to keep going. But I counted out the crackers first, and it wasn't enough to trigger overwhelming cravings. Last night I just had to tell myself "not to eat because you've had plenty for the day." I woke up today feeling back to the almost effortless new-normal feeling of "not needing to eat if I don't have to."

    141.6 this morning at 6:00. No walking. Work w/DDD at school to move her classroom then we'll workout w/our trainer for an hour then lunch then dun...dun...dun...nothing!

    175.6 this morning. Off today so want on a 2 mile walk. Trying to change things up a little. Going to the office for the first time tomorrow. My first time driving downtown for awhile.

    143.4 this morning at 6:00! WOW! Too much salt yesterday! Lunch w/DDD at Panera's. Summer Corn Chowder in a sour dough bread bowl...then..Ritz crackers when I got home...sigh...but the chowder was so good!! Didn't eat the bowl but ate more than enough.

    Good for you Paula! I see Shelly has been logging in so I think she’s just busy. I lost a wee bit this week so I think I need to make sure I’m measuring things instead of guesstimating.

    Yeah, Clara, I think I was doing the same thing. My "eyeball" half cup overflowed the measuring cup!

    141.8 this morning at 6:00. :D Day off walking. R&B will be over around 10:00 for a couple of hours while DDD sits in the dentist's chair...ugh...then I'm meeting w/our trainer late this morning then shopping.

    Chris 3rd grade will be a nice change for her.

    I was 151 this morning. Trying to get into and stay into the 140's this month. :blush:

    Chris I had to think: what did I actually type on that darn Kindle? Then I remembered, I still have a large bed of lilies to dig. Maybe it thought I was planting families! I am on a computer right now. No Kindle to make funnies for Paula to guess. :drinker:

    Weighed in at 150.2 today. Logging really does help me be good.

    142.2 at 5:00 this morning. Tested vanilla ice cream covered with fresh raspberries last night. A good choice for Father's Day for non-chocolate lovers.
