Just barely went over my calories - by about 100. I didnt binge but there were no healthy food options at fathers day dinner with my parents.
Overall a good week. Lost weight, I had one completely off day, one day I didn’t excercise, and one day I went over calories.2 -

So I've noticed I'm snacking a lot more during the day and I think it's because my kids are home all day and want to snack constantly I changed my meal names in my diary to include one "unplanned" to help me keep track of these extra snacks. I also changed my settings so my friends will see my diary (if I remember to click the complete it button). Hopefully that will keep me even more accountable. Anyone looking for more friends feel free to send me a request
Yeah it makes sense that you would find yourself snacking more now that the kids are home!! Just keep track of it, like you are planning to do!!1 -

There was a classic car drive in at a church not far from us so the puppy and I walked there, walked around admiring the older cars and then walked home. Okay I carried her when she got tired. Got home and the fit bit showed 4.4 miles and 10576 steps. I guess we walked farther than I thought.2 -

6lbs loss!
Finally got the whoosh!! Ive been so demotivated and lazy and off the ball and up and down these past 2 months; finally something to push me on!! 13 weeks til I go away and my aim is as close to 180lbs as I can (this would have been a lot easier had I not wasted 10-13 weeks!)
First off, congratulations on getting that whoosh and losing an impressive 6 pounds last week!!! That is what you need to focus on, the here and now accomplishment!!! If you spend too long focusing on the "woulda/coulda/shoulda", you'll drive yourself crazy! You can't change the past, so just look forward to the future that has yet to be shaped!

Erik wasn't kidding!!! WE TOPPED EVERY CATEGORY!!!!!

We placed 1st OVERALL as a team last week, losing 0.91% (that's almost a full 1% folks!!) and we were 0.43% ahead of second place!!!!
As a team, we lost 33 pounds!!! The next highest team lost 11.9 pounds!!
Individually, we held the top three spots in both percentage lost and pounds lost!!
