I'm hoping to be out of the 150s by my birthday in August. It should be totally doable but I'm going to have family visiting for about 3 weeks between now and then, plus my 10th wedding anniversary next month!
Just keep doing what you can, Destiny, like trying to walk your crazy dog and making the best food choices possible! Maybe with all that family around, someone can entertain your kids for half an hour each day so you can get in a really good workout!1 -
