    The gym helped. Even though I had light beers at a concert I came in under calories.

    I'm hoping to be out of the 150s by my birthday in August. It should be totally doable but I'm going to have family visiting for about 3 weeks between now and then, plus my 10th wedding anniversary next month!

    Just keep doing what you can, Destiny, like trying to walk your crazy dog and making the best food choices possible! Maybe with all that family around, someone can entertain your kids for half an hour each day so you can get in a really good workout!

    Just a slight "up". Keep walking and pumping those arms, and eating at a deficit, and it'll come down again!

    And that's the way you do it, Erik!!! A little exercise, and then some guilt free beers and a good time at a concert!!!

    @HASWLRS - Wow, I've had some trouble getting it all back together! Yesterday, I even forgot to weigh when I got up. So, I'm working hard this week to get everything back in gear. I plan to weigh in the morning. I'm hoping it isn't too bad.

    Stepping away is so much easier than getting back into it!! We'll cross our fingers for a "better than expected" weigh-in!
