    Friday, June 22nd: 159.6
    Friday, June 29th: 158.8

It's hard to get excited about that little loss, because I know it will all disappear this weekend. It is a long weekend in Canada, and we are at my BIL's place by the lake on Sunday and my SIL always puts on a huge spread!! Then at a surprise 70th birthday party on Monday. Oh, well. It will be my husband's first two day weekend since Easter, so we need to enjoy ourselves!!

Weigh in week: June Week 5
    Weigh in day: Friday
    Previous Week's weight: 220.00
    Todays Weight: 222.00

2.00lbs gain; food and exercise good so can only assume hot weather in UK contributing with water retention - I'll keep pushing and hope for better results next week

Great attitude, Tracie, and reasonable assumption!! You also had a really great loss last week, so your body may be reluctant to give up too much more so soon!! But yes, keep doing what you are doing and next week the scales will cooperate (fingers crossed!).

Yes it was over slightly. But I went for a craving. I figured it was better to get it out of the way yesterday. Cause I knew a Friday night could get more out of control

I am in a similar situation this week. My nephew’s graduation party is Saturday and then July 4th will bring BBQs. I plan on getting in as much exercise as possible in the mornings cause I do want to enjoy those family times!

Yesterday morning, I had to take my elderly kitty to the vet for an emergency appointment. She's doing fine now. But I spent most of the day at the vet yesterday and today was spent in my home office trying to catch up from yesterday. I'm happy to report that my kitty (Precious) is curled up in my lap as I type this, purring loudly. Antibiotics are a wonderful thing!

    Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend!

I am so happy for you that your sweet Precious is responding well to her antibiotics!! I love orange cats!! We had our orange Rudy for 15 1/2 years before we had to put him down (bladder and kidney failure). That was 10 years ago now. He still brings a smile to my face when I think about him!!

@GardenMama129 glad your Precious is doing better. I had my Orange Tabby just 3 months shy of 20 years.

@erikNJ enjoy your day with your family today. That is what this is all about. Learning how to enjoy those really special moments and then getting right back with the plan.

@murdog3t prayers sent out for your nephew. That had to be scary.
