I got to class early so I did 2 laps (20 mins) around the park and pumped my arms like I was lifting weights. I have to say I blended in well with the other crazies at the park. Next week I really will take my hand weights.Then when I got home the puppy brought me her leash so out the door for a 30 min trot through the neighborhood.2 -
My food scale stopped working this morning while I was Making my lunch. Looks like I’m going to have to stop on my way home from work tonight I can’t imagine cooking dinner without it.1

All this walking seems to be paying off on the scales!!! (Steer clear of the crazies in the park, though!!) Very nice two pound loss this week!!!!0 -

Yes, we become dependant on our food scale!!! At this point you could probably eyeball measure fairly accurately, but it just wouldn't feel right!! Good thing you can buy inexpensive scales that work well!!1 -

That's the beauty of weigh-in early in the week....if you forget or get busy, you still have lots of time to remember and get it in!! Glad you are back on the wagon with a loss this week! Although I don't think you completely fell off; I think you just lost your balance!1 -
